On 8 March 2024, the founders of Primoco UAV SE, Ladislav Semetkovský and Gabriel Fülöpp, exercised their 2015 share purchase option agreement. As a result of this exercise, Gabriel Fülöpp acquired 324,554 shares from Ladislav Semetkovský at a price of CZK 294.42 per share.
On the same date, Jakub Fojtík (Sales Director), Radek Suk (Chief Pilot and Engineer) and Josef Št’astný (Production Director) acquired 13,330 shares each at a price of CZK 1 per share. These three key employees acquired shares in Primoco UAV from Ladislav Semetkovský under separate option agreements.
After the exercise of the above options, Ladislav Semetkovský continues to remain the majority shareholder of the company with a 50.4% stake.
